Can I see my records from the old website?

If you have signed up again to the new 2022 website you will only see records from this year (or testing records if you are in test mode). However we can arrange for your historic records from the old site to be uploaded into your new account. (Note that these records have already been shared with County Recorders for entry into local and national databases.)

We have an option to request your old records to be added to your new account available on the 'Sign Up' form of via 'My Account' until 31st March 2022. After that date we will manually process the requests; your older records should appear in your new account during spring 2022.

If you used the old site and you would like to request this before 31st March 2022, please register with the same email as you used for the old website and tick the data transfer request check box near the end of the Sign Up page. Or, you can find this option after registering from the 'My Account' link in the website footer and then clicking 'edit'. Note you will need to 'Save' changes to any account edits.
